1. How our services are delivered
Centangle Global Services LLC ("Centangle", "we", "us") provides professional digital services, including custom CRM development, custom software, web and mobile platforms, systems integration, consulting and training. All of our services are delivered digitally or in person. We do not sell or ship physical products.
Depending on the project, delivery includes access to working software on a server or cloud platform, source code, user accounts and admin access, documentation, and live or recorded training sessions. The exact deliverables for your project are listed in your signed proposal or service agreement.
2. Getting started
Every project begins with a discovery call and a written proposal that sets out the scope, deliverables, estimated timeline and total price. Work begins once both of the following are complete:
- You have signed or accepted the proposal or service agreement.
- We have received the initial 60% payment.
We schedule a kickoff meeting within 5 business days of receiving the initial payment.
3. Payment schedule
The initial 60% payment is required to initiate the custom CRM development project. The remaining 40% will be payable upon project completion, before final deployment and handover.
| Payment | When it's due | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| 60% | On signing, to initiate the project | Reserves our team's time and covers discovery, planning, design and development. |
| 40% | On project completion, before final deployment and handover | Final deployment to your live environment, source-code and access handover, documentation and training. |
Invoices are issued in US dollars and are payable by the methods listed on the invoice. The same schedule applies to other custom software projects unless your proposal states otherwise. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Project timeline
Your proposal includes an estimated timeline based on the agreed scope. Projects generally move through four stages:
- Discovery: we confirm goals, users, workflows and integrations.
- Blueprint: we map data, features, user roles and system structure.
- Design and development: you review designs, then follow progress on a private staging site.
- Testing, launch and handover: you review the finished system, then we deploy and hand it over.
Timelines are estimates. They can shift if feedback, content, access or approvals from your side are delayed, or if the scope changes. We'll tell you promptly if we expect any change to the timeline.
5. Progress updates and reviews
During the project you'll have a named point of contact, regular progress updates, and access to a staging (test) version of your system so you can see work as it happens. We ask for feedback at agreed review points so that changes are made early, when they're quickest to make.
6. Completion and acceptance
When development is finished, we notify you in writing that the project is complete and ready for review. You then have 7 business days to test the system on the staging site and report any issues where it doesn't match the agreed scope.
- We fix reported issues that fall within the agreed scope at no extra cost.
- Once issues are resolved, or if no issues are reported within the review period, the project is considered complete.
- The final 40% invoice is then issued.
7. Final deployment and handover
Once the final 40% payment is received, we complete final deployment and handover, usually within 3 business days. This includes:
- Deployment to your live server, hosting or cloud account.
- Transfer of the source code and any project files.
- Admin accounts, credentials and access to all systems we set up for you.
- User and technical documentation.
- A training session for your team, as listed in your proposal.
Ownership of the custom work we create for you transfers to you once all payments have been received in full. Third-party software, plugins and services remain subject to their own licenses.
8. Post-launch support
After handover, every project includes 30 days of support at no extra charge. During this time we fix bugs and defects in the work we delivered. New features, design changes and work outside the original scope are not included, but we're happy to quote for them. Ongoing maintenance and support plans are available on request.
9. Changes to scope
If you'd like to add or change features during the project, we'll send a written estimate of the extra cost and any effect on the timeline. Changes are made only after you approve them in writing.
10. Paused projects
If a project is put on hold at your request, or because we're waiting on information, content or access from you for more than 30 days, we may reschedule the remaining work based on our team's availability. We'll always discuss this with you first.
