1. Who we are
Centangle Global Services LLC ("Centangle", "we", "us") is a software development and digital services company located at 405 Manila Road, Lathrop, CA 95330, United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through centangleglobalservices.com (the "website") and in the course of providing our services.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address, organization, phone number, the service you're interested in and your message.
- Communications: information you share when you email or call us, or during meetings.
- Client and billing details: business contact and billing information we need to prepare proposals, invoices and contracts.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: your IP address is recorded when you submit the contact form, and our web server keeps standard logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
- Session cookie: a single temporary cookie is used to run the security question on our contact form. See Cookies below.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers on this website.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiries and send you a confirmation that we received your message.
- To prepare proposals, deliver our services and provide support.
- To send invoices and manage payments and accounting.
- To protect our website from spam, abuse and security threats.
- To meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
We don't use your information for automated decision-making, and we don't send marketing emails unless you've asked to receive them.
4. Payments
Payments are handled by third-party payment processors or your bank. Card and bank details are entered with and stored by those providers, not on our website or servers. We receive only the information needed to confirm and record your payment, such as your name, the amount and the transaction reference.
5. How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only:
- With service providers that help us run our business, such as our web hosting and email provider, payment processors and accounting tools, who may use it only to provide services to us.
- With Google Fonts, which supplies the fonts on this website. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
- When required by law, court order or to protect our rights, property or safety, or that of others.
- As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of business assets, in which case your information remains protected by this policy.
6. Client data in our projects
When we build or maintain a CRM or other system for you, we may have access to data stored in it, such as your customers' contact details. We treat this data as confidential and use it only to deliver the services you've asked for. We do not use it for our own purposes or share it with anyone else, except as needed to provide the service or as set out in your service agreement.
7. Cookies
Our website uses one essential session cookie (named PHPSESSID) when you use the contact form. It stores the answer to the security question so we can block automated spam. It contains no personal information and is deleted when you close your browser. Because it's strictly necessary for the form to work, it doesn't require consent. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but the contact form will not work without it.
8. How long we keep information
- Inquiries that don't lead to a project: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client, contract and billing records: for as long as needed to provide our services and for up to 7 years afterwards to meet tax and legal requirements.
- Server logs: up to 90 days.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access controls and limiting access to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
10. Your California privacy rights
If you're a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you the right to:
- Know what personal information we've collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it and who we've shared it with.
- Access a copy of your personal information.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

11. Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
12. International visitors
